Bought Baker's Life low carb wraps Saturday. Opened them today 4 days later and they are mouldy. Tried to phone but guess what? no on shore customer service !!🤷🤦🤬🤬so had to fill in an online form which is complex to find and do. Offshore call centre took 5 hrs to phone back to reassure me I can drive to the store for a refund of $3.90. They had me on the phone for over 15 minutes. I asked for a call back from an onshore manager but they don't care enough to do that. Poor service Aldi and not the way I like to be treated 💯🤦‍♂️

Amazing staff!! I was "One of those people" who didn't know their new pin. The woman was so cool and calm about it. I was so embarrassed!! I had to call my bank and all. She was so reassuring. Thank you pregnant woman, you are a total legend!!

This aldi never has anything in stock, ever! I've been in here 5 day in a row and there's nothing. Every time there has been at least one item out of stock. Not worth my time or petrol to come down here anymore.

Aldi doesn't sell alcohol, unlike in Victoria. I had no idea they even sold it until my boyfriend, who is from Vic, wanted to get some wine from them. Why on earth does aldi not sell alcohol in Queensland of all places? The closest I could get was their cherry liquors, which as brilliant!
